Lawrie & Symington, Forfar had forward  29  Prime Cattle and 5 OTM’S, also  484 Prime Sheep & Cast Ewes.


Bullocks (8) Sold to a top of 2.46p (twice) for a 599 kg and 610 kg Limousin’s from Nethermyres and both purchased by the Firm of W.E. Fairlie Ltd., Letham and to £1529.44 for a 632 kg Limousin from Nethermyres and purchased by J. Chapman (Butchers) Ltd., Wishaw to average 2.33p.

Heifers  (21) Sold to a top 2.56p for a 517 kg Limousin from Nethermyres and purchased by the Firm of J.B. Penman, Crail and to £1476.20 for a 605 kg Limousin from West Bog and purchased by Fleming Butchers, Arbroath to average 2.32p.
