PRIME CATTLE

Bullocks (7) Sold to a top of 250p per kg and £1445 for a 578kg Limousin from Nethermyres and purchased by Scott Bros., Dundee to average 219p.

Heifers (15) Sold to a top of 259p per kg and £1447.81 for a 559kg Limousin from Nethermyres and purchased by Scott Bors., Dundee to average 229p.

PRIME SHEEP

 NEW SEASON LAMB (135) sold to a top of  302p per kg for a 45kg Texel from North Mains of Baldovan and to £136 a head for the same pen. An increased show of lambs selling to an electric trade. Best types with a good covering of meat selling especially well. More could have been sold to advantage
