L&S held their weekly sale of 1,250 sore lambs and feeding ewes where all classes met a sharper selling trade topping at £67 for Blue Tesels from Hartsop and to £64.50 for Suffolks from Cockburn, Fountainside. Blackface topped at £45 from Kirkton, Penicuik. Feeding ewes sold to £44 for Mules from Hills of Dalserf with Blackface at £40 from Hazelside.
