Bullocks peaked at £1160 for a British Blue from Messrs Noble, Lochurd, West Linton, and to 207.2p/kg for an Aberdeen Angus from W F Smith, Carmacoup, Douglas, to average 192.2p/kg. Heifers topped at £1065 for a Limousin x from Messrs Gibb, Birkhill, Lesmahagow, and to 206.4p/kg for a Limousin from JA McGarva, Nether Abington, to level at 188p/kg. Dairy bullocks topped at £795 for a Holstein Friesian from Messrs WW Frame, Craighthornhill, Glassford, and to 153.2p/kg from Messrs Struthers, Auchmeddan Farm, Lesmahagow, to average 136.1p/kg.
