Lawrie and Symington Ltd held their weekly sale of store lambs, where a smaller show of 1246 were forward. Trade however still met extreme rates and many more could be sold to fulfil buyer demand.
The sale topped at £93.50 for Texels from Messrs Hyslop, Blackburn with Blackface to £67 from Mitchellslacks.
