Lambs
A much larger show of 3422 lambs saw all classes again firmer. An excellent show for quality was forward but over 50kg short in numbers. Many more can now be sold to fill buyer requirements.
The sale topped at £146 per head for Texels from Messrs Clark, Blackhill and to 302p/kg for Texels from Messrs Wilkins, Wester Whitecastle.
