Lambs
A larger show of 2150 prime lambs were forward with all classes again keenly sought after, with better quality types in demand. Heavy lambs also gaining a premium.
The sale topped at £146 per head for Texels from Messrs Whyte, Whitelee Gate and to 300p/kg for Beltex from Messrs Sanderson, Biggarshiels Mains.
