The weekly sale of 4202 Store Lambs included the second sale of 2590 Blackface Lambs in conjuction with the Livestock Marketing (Borders) Ltd.
A great show of forward store lambs across the board met an animated trade from start to finish.
Out with the Blackface Lambs the sale topped at £107 for Texels from Messrs Glasgow, Felton Farm, West Linton, £105 for Texels from Yeldabrek, Orkney and to £104 for a pen of Texels and a pen of Beltex from Messrs Ballantyne, East Cauldcoats Farm, Strathaven.
