Included was the Special Sale of 1,500 Blackface Wedders (in conjunction with Livestock Marketing (Borders) Ltd), which topped at £63.00 from Miss H M Fleming, Cronberry. Cast Sheep topped at £74.00 for Texels from Messrs Hyslop, Blackburn, with Blackfaces to £63.00 from Messrs MacDonald, Taldale. Ram sold to a top of £72.00 for Blackfaces from Miss H M Fleming, Cronberry.
