Limousin heifers sold to 348p/pk from Brockwoodlees Farm to Mitchel Butchers or to £2318 from the same home to Black Butchers.
Limousin Bullocks sold to 298p/pk from Walkerdyke Farm to Chapman Butchers or to £2198 from the same home to Chapman Butchers.

On Monday the 9th September Lawrie and Symington Ltd sold 3101 Lambs and 1963 Cast Ewes through Lanark.
Lambs
The 3101 lambs were a similar show for quality with a noticeable difference between the well fleshed sheep of all weights and the other leaner types. Some of these are best sold as store.
The sale topped at £170 per head for a Texel from Collielaw Farm and to 347p/kg for a Beltex from High Dyke Farm.
