Limousin heifers sold to 370p/pk from Brockwoodlees Farm to Cairns Butchers or to £2415 from Brockwoodlees Farm to Cooper Butchers.

Limousin bullocks sold to 350p/pk from Walkerdyke Farm to Cooper Butchers or to £2324 from the same home to Cooper Butchers.

Beef cows sold to £1970 per head from Buteland Farm or to 226p/pk from the same home.

Dairy cows sold to £1490 per head from Greentowers Farm or to 190p/pk from the same home.

On Monday 4^th November 2024 Lawrie and Symington Ltd sold 3814 Lambs and 1646 Cast Ewes through Lanark.

Lambs

An excellent show of 3814 prime lambs were forward with trade sharper on the week. A big rise seen in lambs over 50kg. the heavier the dearer. Best quality also well sold.

The sale topped at £174 per head for Blue Texels from Strawfrank Farm and to 329p/kg for Beltex from Gosland Farm.

Overall Average 281p/kg (SQQ 281p/kg)

A special mention Ingraston, Cumberhead & The Yett for their donations of lambs to St Andrews day over the past two weeks.

There will be NO sundry section within the sale and we reserve the right not to accept entries which we feel are unfit for the sale.

COMMISSION RATES
• Commission will be charged on all lots at 10% on FIRST £200 of any lot and 5% thereafter (e.g., Sold at £350 = £20+£7.50=£27.50), capped at £350 per lot. Minimum £5 per lot. • All purchases will be subject to a 3% plus VAT buyer's premium on all lots capped at £350 per item sold by auction or by private treaty.

ENTRY FEES
Tractors, Gators, Quads and Vehicle (To be sold online) £10 + VAT per lot DELIVERY OF ITEMS TO SALE YARD All Farm Machinery and Implements must be delivered to our saleyard by 3 pm on the day before the sale with the exception of Tractors, Vehicles and Quad which may arrive no later than 10.00am on the Thursday. Due to ongoing Health and Safety issues, there will be NO unloading facility available on Sale Day with loading permitted only after the conclusion of the sale.

ONLINE FACILITY
Tractor, Telehandlers, Gators, Quads and Vehicles will also be offered for sale through our online facility alongside the live sale via a drive through, any machine which cannot be driven through will be sold in the line with no online facility.

All items are sold as seen and will be conducted under the Lawrie & Symington and IAAS General Conditions of Sale which are available for inspection at our office.
