On Monday 18^th November 2024 Lawrie and Symington Ltd had forward 145 cattle comprising of 55 bullocks and heifers and 90 cast cows.

Limousin heifers sold to 365p/pk twice from Brockwoodlees Farm to Carins Butchers and Stark Butchers, or to £2363 from the same home to Black Butchers.

Limousin bullocks sold to 335p/pk from Brockwoodlees Farm to Chapman Butches or to £2221 from the same home to Chapman Butchers.

Beef cows sold to £1940 per head from Huntlyhill Mains Farm or to 233p/pk from the same home.

Dairy cows sold to £1440 per head from Mid St Colmac Farm or to 183p/pk from Auchmeddan Farm.

Cast bulls sold to £1740 per head from Peel Farm or to 182p/pk from the same home.

On Monday 18^th November 2024 Lawrie and Symington Ltd sold 4372 Lambs and 1902 Cast Ewes through Lanark.

Lambs

A larger show of 4372 prime lambs saw trade similar on the week although best types dearer. More Mules and Blackface forward. Heavy lambs coming to good pounds per head especially over 50kg.

The sale topped at £187 per head for Texels from North Garngour Farm and to 346p/kg for MB from Lesserlinn Farm.

COMMISSION RATES
• Commission will be charged on all lots at 10% on FIRST £200 of any lot and 5% thereafter (e.g., Sold at £350 = £20+£7.50=£27.50), capped at £350 per lot. Minimum £5 per lot. • All purchases will be subject to a 3% plus VAT buyer's premium on all lots capped at £350 per item sold by auction or by private treaty.

ENTRY FEES
Tractors, Gators, Quads and Vehicle (To be sold online) £10 + VAT per lot DELIVERY OF ITEMS TO SALE YARD All Farm Machinery and Implements must be delivered to our saleyard by 3 pm on the day before the sale with the exception of Tractors, Vehicles and Quad which may arrive no later than 10.00am on the Thursday. Due to ongoing Health and Safety issues, there will be NO unloading facility available on Sale Day with loading permitted only after the conclusion of the sale.

ONLINE FACILITY
Tractor, Telehandlers, Gators, Quads and Vehicles will also be offered for sale through our online facility alongside the live sale via a drive through, any machine which cannot be driven through will be sold in the line with no online facility.

All items are sold as seen and will be conducted under the Lawrie & Symington and IAAS General Conditions of Sale which are available for inspection at our office.
