Charolais heifers sold to £3164 from Brownsbank Farm to Black Butchers or to 476p/pk from Brockwoodlees Farm to Collins Butchers.

Limousin bullocks sold to £3167 from Brownsbank Farm to Chapman Butchers or to 438p/pk from Walkerdyke Farm to W Stark, Twechar.

Beef cows sold to £2570 per head from Knockenhair Farm or to 343p/pk from Knockenhair Farm.

Dairy cows sold to £2090 per head from Harviston Farm or to 287p/pk from Harviston Farm.

An exceptional show of calves were forward for our last April sale, with 62 calves sold to a busy ringside of buyers.

Taking top spot was a four month old Limousin x bull calf from Trainer, Byretown Farm, reaching £980.

On milk calves topped at £770 for a two month old Limousin x heifer calf from Morton, Hayston Farm.

A stronger show of dairy bull claves topped at £750 for a great pen of Holstein bulls from Robertson, Ballycurrie Farm.

On Monday the 28th April Lawrie and Symington Ltd sold 2471 Hoggs, 67 store hoggs and 605Cast Ewes through Lanark.

Hoggs

The 2471 prime hoggs were again a mixed show for quality with a lot of heavy hoggs on offer. Best fleshed export weight hoggs sharper in week and more required.

The sale topped at £212 per head for Texels from Campbell, Overburns and to 423p/kg for Beltex and Clark, Wellheads.

There will be NO sundry section within the sale and we reserve the right not to accept entries which we feel are unfit for the sale.

COMMISSION RATES
• Commission will be charged on all lots at 10% on FIRST £200 of any lot and 5% thereafter (e.g., Sold at £350 = £20+£7.50=£27.50), capped at £350 per lot. Minimum £5 per lot. • All purchases will be subject to a 3% plus VAT buyer's premium on all lots capped at £350 per item sold by auction or by private treaty.

ENTRY FEES
Tractors, Gators, Quads and Vehicle (To be sold online) £10 + VAT per lot DELIVERY OF ITEMS TO SALE YARD All Farm Machinery and Implements must be delivered to our saleyard by 3 pm on the day before the sale with the exception of Tractors, Vehicles and Quad which may arrive no later than 10.00am on the Thursday. Due to ongoing Health and Safety issues, there will be NO unloading facility available on Sale Day with loading permitted only after the conclusion of the sale.

ONLINE FACILITY
Tractor, Telehandlers, Gators, Quads and Vehicles will also be offered for sale through our online facility alongside the live sale via a drive through, any machine which cannot be driven through will be sold in the line with no online facility.

All items are sold as seen and will be conducted under the Lawrie & Symington and IAAS General Conditions of Sale which are available for inspection at our office.
