Lawrie and Symington Ltd held their 2nd sale of 1784 Mule & Texel Ewes, Gimmers and Ewe Lambs including 2 stock dispersals.
A busy ring of buyers ensured a buoyant trade throughout with all classes easily upholding recent high rates.
The sale was topped at £480 for a pen of pure texel gimmers from Messrs Orr, Wester Walston and mule gimmers topped at £200 from Messrs Lewis, Glendarroch. Mule Ewe Lambs topped at £146 from Messrs Simpson, Kirkhouse.
