(CASUAL KEY HOLDER ROLE)
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Venue Caretaker to support the smooth running of our venue during events, mainly at weekends and during evenings. This is a practical, get-stuck-in role that would suit someone who is physically fit, trustworthy, and confident working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening and locking up the venue as a trusted key holder Setting up and dismantling furniture and event equipment General cleaning and tidying before, during and after events Ensuring the venue is safe, clean, and presentable at all times Supporting quick turnaround between bookings
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues
Hours:
Mainly weekends
Evenings and unsociable hours as required
This is a casual role with no guaranteed set hours. Work is offered depending on event bookings and venue requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and trustworthy (key holder responsibility) Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling labor intensive tasks with a practical, hands-on, can-do attitude
Able to work independently and use initiative
Previous caretaking, facilities, or events experience is helpful but not essential
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
