Motherless Lambs
This weeks motherless lamb sale saw forward 78 head and proved harder to cash.
Hoggs
A fine show of 3657 prime hoggets were a good load for flesh and all classes sold at extreme rates not seen in many years. More could have been sold to vendor’s advantage.
The sale topped at £185 per head for Beltex from Messrs Parker, Prior Rigg and to 379p/pk for Beltex from Messrs Arthur, Greenaton.
