British Blue heifers sold to £3016 from Skirling Craig Farm, Biggar to H Black Butchers, Lanark or to 475p/pk from Brockwoodlees Farm, Canonbie to Elliot Butchers, Lanark.

Limousin bullocks sold to £2437 from Balquharrage Farm, Lennoxtown to Faulds Butchers, Kilmarnock or to 445p/pk from Balquharrage Farm, Lennoxtown to Faulds Butchers, Kilmarnock.

New Season Lambs

The first draw of new season spring lambs were forward today and met a good selling trade with demand strong. More needed each week but do not need to be heavy.

The sale topped at £185 per head for Beltex from Padkin, Muirhouse Farm and to 402p/pk for Beltex from the same home.

There will be NO sundry section within the sale and we reserve the right not to accept entries which we feel are unfit for the sale.

COMMISSION RATES
• Commission will be charged on all lots at 10% on FIRST £200 of any lot and 5% thereafter (e.g., Sold at £350 = £20+£7.50=£27.50), capped at £350 per lot. Minimum £5 per lot. • All purchases will be subject to a 3% plus VAT buyer's premium on all lots capped at £350 per item sold by auction or by private treaty.

ENTRY FEES
Tractors, Gators, Quads and Vehicle (To be sold online) £10 + VAT per lot DELIVERY OF ITEMS TO SALE YARD All Farm Machinery and Implements must be delivered to our saleyard by 3 pm on the day before the sale with the exception of Tractors, Vehicles and Quad which may arrive no later than 10.00am on the Thursday. Due to ongoing Health and Safety issues, there will be NO unloading facility available on Sale Day with loading permitted only after the conclusion of the sale.

ONLINE FACILITY
Tractor, Telehandlers, Gators, Quads and Vehicles will also be offered for sale through our online facility alongside the live sale via a drive through, any machine which cannot be driven through will be sold in the line with no online facility.

All items are sold as seen and will be conducted under the Lawrie & Symington and IAAS General Conditions of Sale which are available for inspection at our office.
