Lawrie and Symington Ltd sold 386 Store Cattle at their fortnightly sale.

Bullocks topped at £2480 on 3 occasions for Aberdeen Angus Cross from I Tennant, Oldhill and then for Limousin X from J Fleming, North Mains of Baldovan and James D Simpson, Hillridge or to 479.6p for a 442kg Limousin Cross from I J Simpson, Auchren to average 412.2p

Heifers peaked at £2460 for a 700kg British Shorthorn from D & E Clark, Lee Meadow or to 457.5p for a 424kg Limousin Cross from S Mccaskie, West Millrig, to average 394.1p.

A tremendous show of Friesian bullocks from Kintyre, to Kilbarchen, to Kirknewton. A better show won’t be seen anywhere else with them topping at £2200 for a 573kg Holstein from William McLean, Balnagleck or to 383.9p for a Holstein from the same home. Averaged at 362p.

There will be NO sundry section within the sale and we reserve the right not to accept entries which we feel are unfit for the sale.

COMMISSION RATES
• Commission will be charged on all lots at 10% on FIRST £200 of any lot and 5% thereafter (e.g., Sold at £350 = £20+£7.50=£27.50), capped at £350 per lot. Minimum £5 per lot. • All purchases will be subject to a 3% plus VAT buyer's premium on all lots capped at £350 per item sold by auction or by private treaty.

ENTRY FEES
Tractors, Gators, Quads and Vehicle (To be sold online) £10 + VAT per lot DELIVERY OF ITEMS TO SALE YARD All Farm Machinery and Implements must be delivered to our saleyard by 3 pm on the day before the sale with the exception of Tractors, Vehicles and Quad which may arrive no later than 10.00am on the Thursday. Due to ongoing Health and Safety issues, there will be NO unloading facility available on Sale Day with loading permitted only after the conclusion of the sale.

ONLINE FACILITY
Tractor, Telehandlers, Gators, Quads and Vehicles will also be offered for sale through our online facility alongside the live sale via a drive through, any machine which cannot be driven through will be sold in the line with no online facility.

All items are sold as seen and will be conducted under the Lawrie & Symington and IAAS General Conditions of Sale which are available for inspection at our office.
