Lawrie and Symington Ltd had forward 153 cattle comprising of 48 bullocks and heifers, 57 cast cows and 48 calves.

50 Calves were forward for Todays sale with an exceptional show. Topping the sale was a Limousin cross stirk from Kendall, Back Hareshaw Farm, realising £1100. On milk calves topped at £960 for an excellent beef bred Simmental heifer from Huntlyhill Mains Farm.

Lambs

Not many spring lambs forward but were easily sold. Lambs sold to £180 for Suffolk cross from Watson, Westtown Farm or to 405p/kg for Suffolk cross from the same home. More spring lambs required each week. No need to be heavy to cash well.

COMMISSION RATES
• Commission will be charged on all lots at 10% on FIRST £200 of any lot and 5% thereafter (e.g., Sold at £350 = £20+£7.50=£27.50), capped at £350 per lot. Minimum £5 per lot. • All purchases will be subject to a 3% plus VAT buyer's premium on all lots capped at £350 per item sold by auction or by private treaty.

ENTRY FEES
Tractors, Gators, Quads and Vehicle (To be sold online) £10 + VAT per lot DELIVERY OF ITEMS TO SALE YARD All Farm Machinery and Implements must be delivered to our saleyard by 3 pm on the day before the sale with the exception of Tractors, Vehicles and Quad which may arrive no later than 10.00am on the Thursday. Due to ongoing Health and Safety issues, there will be NO unloading facility available on Sale Day with loading permitted only after the conclusion of the sale.

ONLINE FACILITY
Tractor, Telehandlers, Gators, Quads and Vehicles will also be offered for sale through our online facility alongside the live sale via a drive through, any machine which cannot be driven through will be sold in the line with no online facility.

All items are sold as seen and will be conducted under the Lawrie & Symington and IAAS General Conditions of Sale which are available for inspection at our office.
