Lawrie & Syminton LTD held their second weekly sale of 560 head of Ewes and Gimmers with Lambs at foot. A show of quality that will rarely be matched anywhere else. It was a credit to local vendors and ensured a buoyant trade throughout, many would go home empty handed. The sale topped at £182 for a pair of Blue Texel ewes and outstanding Beltex singles from Hamilton, Dillars House Farm. Closely followed at £181 for Texel gimmers and Suffolk singles from Barclay, Mid Brockloch Farm.

Included again today was the second batch of the reduction from Mr A Gibb from Toftcombs Farm who sold 43 Texel x Cheviot Mule 2-4 crop ewes with superb Beltex lambs at foot. They sold to £175 for singles and £150 for twins. He will have similar stock forward again next week.

PLEASE NOTE:
There will be NO sundry section within the sale and we reserve the right not to accept entries which we feel are unfit for the sale.

COMMISSION RATES
• Commission will be charged on all lots at 10% on FIRST £200 of any lot and 5% thereafter (e.g., Sold at £350 = £20+£7.50=£27.50), capped at £350 per lot. Minimum £5 per lot. • All purchases will be subject to a 3% plus VAT buyer's premium on all lots capped at £350 per item sold by auction or by private treaty.

ENTRY FEES
Tractors, Gators, Quads and Vehicle (To be sold online) £10 + VAT per lot DELIVERY OF ITEMS TO SALE YARD All Farm Machinery and Implements must be delivered to our saleyard by 3 pm on the day before the sale with the exception of Tractors, Vehicles and Quad which may arrive no later than 10.00am on the Thursday. Due to ongoing Health and Safety issues, there will be NO unloading facility available on Sale Day with loading permitted only after the conclusion of the sale.

ONLINE FACILITY
Tractor, Telehandlers, Gators, Quads and Vehicles will also be offered for sale through our online facility alongside the live sale via a drive through, any machine which cannot be driven through will be sold in the line with no online facility.

All items are sold as seen and will be conducted under the Lawrie & Symington and IAAS General Conditions of Sale which are available for inspection at our office.
