Hoggs
Another good show of 3983 prime hoggs met an excellent trade with all classes keenly sought after. Export and lightweights again easiest to cash although heavy weights were dearer on the week.
The sale topped at £169 per head for Texels from Mrs K Wight, Midlock 317p/kg for Beltex from Messrs Baillie, Broomfield.
