Lambs
The sale topped at £122 per head for Texels from R Laird, Cambwell, and to 265p/kg for Texels from the same home. Overall average 225p/kg (SQQ 228p/kg).
Another nice show of lambs sold well in all weight ranges with more buyers now requiring lambs. They do not need to be too heavy to come to good money.

A mixed show of hoggs saw well fleshed handy weighted hoggs meet a fast trade but heavier sortsd easier. Heavy hoggs also a bit easier on the week.
